When you order design and printing for your business cards from SavvyDog, this is how the process works:
Step 1: Design Consultation
Within 24 hours of completing your order through our website, you will be contacted by phone by the designer assigned to your project. Your designer will need 15 to 20 minutes of your time to discuss how you want your cards to be designed.
Step 2: Concept Consultation
Within 48 hours of the design consultation, your designer will email you 2 design concepts based upon their conversation with you. Your designer will then follow up with you by phone (at your convenience) to discuss the concepts in detail and at this time you will have the opportunity to request revisions to the design or your choice.
Step 3: Revision Approval
Within 24 hours of the Concept Consultation, your designer will email you the revised design and request your approval to go to print. If you are happy with the revised concept, you simply need to notify your designer that the design is approved and your design will automatically go to print! If you are not happy with the design, a project manager will contact you to discuss options for resolving your project to your satisfaction.
Step 4: Printing & Shipping
Once your design is approved, it will take 3 - 4 business days to print your cards and another 5 - 7 business days for your cards to arrive via UPS Ground (unless you've made special arrangements for express shipping). If your shipment doesn't arrive within the expected time frame or if there are any problems with the print quality of your cards when you receive them, just contact your designer and they'll immediately assist you in locating your shipment or in ordering a reprint to correct any print defects.
Step 5: Archiving
At the end of your project, we will archive your design in the event you ever need to reprint your cards, update your design or have cards printed for another person at your company. If you request it, we'll also mail you a cd-rom containing all of the source art files for your business card designs so that you personally have a copy of them.
