Website Setup:

Within 24 hours of completing your order through our website, you will be contacted by phone or by email by your MasterHost Webmaster. They will work with you to get your current website moved to our servers or to help you setup your new website.

Requesting Design Changes:

If you need changes to your website you simply click on the MasterHost Support button to the right and your Webmaster will contact you within 24 hours. If those changes require less time than you have allotted in your Masterhost package then they are made at no additional charge over your monthly subscription. If those changes will require more time than is available for the current month/quarter according to your MasterHost plan, then you will be contacted by your MasterHost Webmaster (see Special Design Requests below).

Special Design Requests:

If you need to have changes made to your site that will require more time than you have available for the current month/quarter according to your MastherHost plan, then you will receive an email from your MasterHost Webmaster indicating the additional time and extra cost required for the Special Design Request before the work is started. If you approve the additional time and cost, the work will be done and you will receive an invoice at the end of the month for a one-time charge to cover the Special Design Request. If you do not approve the additional time and cost, you may request a call back from your Webmaster who will help you attempt to come up with a solution for your needs that works within your MasterHost package without additional cost.
